Absentee Form
The St. Mary’s School App is FREE at the Apple Store or Google Play Store and can be downloaded to your Android or iPhone. Once downloaded you can:
- Fill out an Absent Form that will be emailed directly to your child’s teacher and the office. (This eliminates calling the school office)
- View our school calendar
- Email your child’s teacher directly
- Instant access to St. Mary’s Social Media: Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts
Alternatively you can send an email to our office from your desktop or mobile device. Please include the full name of the student, their grade, and the reason for the absence.
If you still prefer pen and paper, you can download the form below, print it, complete it, and then send it with your child upon his or her return.
